I can organise the personal training sessions flexibly via all online channels (Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp ...) - depending on what is easierst for you!

Block of 10 online personal training therapy sessions with Dr. Eva Tischer (50 minutes each), which includes:

  • 1 detailed initial consultation with determination of your optimal training therapy
  • 9 customised training therapy sessions for your needs, based on my 30 years of professional training therapy experience

We will arrange the appointment for our initial consultation by email - I will get back to you within 48 hours! We will then arrange all further 9 training therapy appointments online. 

 

I do the personal training therapy sessions flexibly via all online channels (Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp ...) - whichever is easiest for you!

 

Time investment: 50 minutes per personal training therapy session
