My Nutrition PHILOSOPHy

Nutrition plays a very IMPORTANT ROLE in our health and therefore also in the SNOOZE CLUB. In addition to my Doctor degree in sports science, I have also completed various additional education programmes specialising in nutrition.

However, I have gained the most important experience with my clients over many years and celebrated great results together with them:

  • on the one hand, during my Doctor degree intervention study with 86 women on the topic of "Targeted body shaping in the female problem areas"
  • and also with my countless clients at home and abroad

Many forms of nutrition or diets cannot be implemented permanently. The short-term successes usually end with the famous JOJO effect.
