- to reduce muscle tension (muscle tone),
- to "lengthen" muscles through physiological processes, thereby
- improving mobility and preventing physical discomfort/injuries.
Success lies in CONSISTENCY and PERSISTENCE!
STRETCHING is the most well-known method worldwide - which you surely know.
You get into a specific position until you feel a stretching effect in the corresponding muscle. Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds. Only then will your muscles, tendons, and fascia receive the necessary "physiological" impulses. REGULAR STRETCHING SUSTAINABLY IMPROVES YOUR MOBILITY.
MY LAURA PRINCIPLE
My MOST REVOLUTIONARY DISCOVERY regarding IMPROVING MOBILITY came during my therapy sessions with my sweetest and youngest 2 1/2-year-old spasm patient.
At the beginning of my therapy, her spasm in both legs allowed a maximum leg extension of only 90° in the knee joint.
My goal was complete leg extension and teaching her to walk.
While repeating each STRETCHING EXERCISE at least 10 times, I felt how the RESISTANCE OF THE AFFECTED STRUCTURES gradually decreased, allowing me to achieve a MUCH BETTER STRETCHING EFFECT.
Four months later, I had achieved COMPLETE LEG EXTENSION, and we began with the FIRST STEPS. I will NEVER forget Laura’s shining dark eyes!
These valuable experiences have greatly expanded my horizons in the FIELD OF MOBILITY and made my customer service even more professional.
